Vicki has worked in the health field for over 30 years, has been teaching traditional Mindfulness Meditation since 2003 (not continuously) and been teaching Tai Chi and Chi Gong for over 6 years. She is also steeped in Chinese Metaphysical practices which includes Traditional Feng Shui which she has been practising since 1997.

She has now fused Mindfulness practices with Chi Gong and offers on a workshop basis, regular 'Mind in Motion' experiences to all comers.
